There are a number of things you can do on a daily basis to keep yourself and your colleagues out of harm’s way. Some of these include:
- Completing tasks in accordance with the training provided
- Following the directions of supervisors and management
- Wearing the correct PPE at all times
- Immediately reporting any Health & Safety issues, this includes hazards, injuries, illnesses and near misses
It’s also important that you have regular breaks, eat healthy and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
