Ashleigh began her journey initially as Recruitment Resourcer at Dove Recruitment in January 2018. Due to her drive, enthusiasm and commitment to the team, clients and candidates Ashleigh’s hard work was rewarded and she stepped into her current position of Recruitment Consultant.

Ashleigh prides herself on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that both clients and candidates have a great experience in each interaction with Dove Recruitment. She has a positive mindset and proactive attitude and will always go above and beyond within her role.

At all times, Ashleigh is seen with a smile on her face and together with her friendly and inviting personality, ensures that all clients and candidates are made to feel welcome.

A Bundaberg local, Ashleigh likes to be educated in all businesses and industries locally and across Regional Australia, therefore her specialisation ranges from a broad array of industries including Education, Health Care, Community, Hospitality and Construction.
