The Position

This position is for a team orientated, hard-working and committed property manager who would like to be part of a team that bands together to achieve KPI’s, works hard to keep their staff genuinely happy and provides mentoring and support along the way. With an internal promotion for a recent staff member our client is now looking for an enthusiastic property manager to join the team in Caloundra.

Responsibilities:

• All duties required for leasing arrangements inc. inspection reports, appointments, setting up rental payment methods
• Processing and arranging all maintenance requests and follow-up
• Communicate and carry out duties for tenants arrears
• Tenancy agreement renewals
• Attend routine property inspections
• Arrange details for vacating tenants

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Certification in Property Management
• Able to work as part of a team to team and individual KPI’s
• Professional with exceptional time management skills
